PRICING
*SMBCS retains the right to alter pricing and packages offered at any time, with or without notice. *SMBCS also retains the right to make any necessary adjustments to quotes that have lapsed more than 10 days based on component availability and cost to *SMBCS.

*SMBCS retains the right to change service fees and callout charges with or without notice. *SMBCS will make every attempt to inform customers of changes to service fees by advertising the new rates on the SMB Computer Solutions website (www.smbcs.com.au/htm/supportrates.htm). *SMB Computer Solutions Pty Ltd does not refund maintenance payments unless prior arrangement made or special consideration. *Termination of maintenance contracts requires one month’s prior notice.

QUALITY
*SMBCS takes all care but no responsibility for the reliability and performance of individual components. *SMBCS makes every attempt however to ensure that high quality software and hardware components are used in the construction of individual computer workstations, servers and other related IT services provided by *SMBCS.

BUSINESS CLUB
*SMBCS business club membership is offered to customers at the discretion of SMB Computer Solutions. Membership entitles customers to reduced hourly rates and discounts on other services as specified by the business club membership or special offers. *SMBCS business club membership rates and discounts have the right to alter or be removed at any time, with or without members prior knowledge. *SMBCS will however make every effort to contact members regarding changes by means of the electronic mail sent to members registered email address. *SMBCS takes care, but no liability for any disputed matters relating to business club memberships or offered services and discounted rates.

*SMBCS business club members are automatically signed up to the fortnightly discount mailing list brouchure.

EMERGENCY RESPONSE
*ER subject to SMB Computer Solutions available resources at the time of call.
*SMBCS will make every effort however to give the best possible support under any given circumstances.

PAYMENT TERMS
*Employing SMB Computer Solutions Pty Ltd for IT services and sales results in automatic acceptance of SMB Computer Solutions Pty Ltd terms of trade.
*Payment of SMB Computer Solutions Pty Ltd invoices are due within 14 days from invoice date unless otherwise stated.
*Failure to pay SMB Computer Solutions Pty Ltd invoices within the required timeframe will result in an administration charge automatically added to the outstanding debt of $50 (ex GST) for each outstanding invoice.
*SMB Computer Solutions Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge further administration fees to any outstanding and overdue payment on invoices to cover any interest incurred on outstanding debt, debt collection services, and court fees involved in recovering debt.
*Any dispute of SMB Computer Solutions Pty Ltd terms of trade must be addressed prior to any of our services employed or sales of IT equipment.
